Bass Lessons

Whether you’re just starting out or are looking to advance your technique, my lessons are designed to develop your playing at any level or age.  As a graduate of the New England Conservatory, my background is in jazz and classical. I also enjoy teaching styles including Latin, rock, funk, etc.   

 

My curriculum includes: bass fundamentals, sight reading, ear training, improvisation, technical studies using targeted exercises, repertoire building, and importantly, how to be both a supportive and creative bass player. Lessons can be held in my studio in Ditmas Park or I am also available to teach at your residence within New York City.
